Civil Unmanned Ground Vehicle

Mobility · Tracked platform · Full CAD & manufacturing plan

A heavy tracked ground platform engineered for rough terrain and civil logistics: independent suspension bogies, a full tracked drivetrain and high-torque traction - built to pull loads where wheeled machines give up. COROSOLS delivered the complete mechanical design, from architecture studies to manufacturing-ready CAD.

Automated parcel-sorting line

Logistics automation · Conveyors · Vision gate · System conception

An automated sorting system for parcel logistics: parcels enter through a scanning gate, ride motorised belt conveyors, and powered diverters route each one into the right collection bin - no hands in the loop. COROSOLS designed the full system: throughput simulation, conveyor mechanics, diverter placement and motor sizing, then supported the phase-one test build with the client's team.

Concrete inspection robot

NDT inspection · Tap-testing · Mechatronics · Live demo delivered

An automated tap-testing (hammer-sounding) system for concrete evaluation: a calibrated impact actuator taps the surface, a directional microphone captures each acoustic signature, closed-loop distance control keeps every tap consistent, and suspect zones are marked automatically with a standard spray can. The system rides a mecanum rover with a transverse translation gantry - with climbing-robot and drone variants studied for walls and hard-to-reach structures. Designed, built and demonstrated live by COROSOLS.
